For 29 years, Clancy's Tea Cosy has been a part of the White Rock Community, serving people from all over the lower mainland and beyond.
Proudly, since 2016, Clancy's has been owned and run by Shelina, a kind, well-known face to all those who visit, and husband Harry, a hard-working force behind the scenes and in the kitchen. The dedication to the food and soul of Clancy's is evident to everyone who eats with us and is a direct result of all the hard work from every single helping hand over the years. Most notably the talented Head Chef Jenny whose baking skills and wit made her a truly irreplaceable piece of the Tea House, as well as the ever-dedicated and loyal work of each and every staff member.

If you've chatted long enough with Shelina, you might know that owning her own Tea Shop was a childhood dream. She accomplished that dream, and so much more. Shelina is caring, smart, strong, and selfless to a fault. She and Harry have devoted themselves to creating something not just for it to be successful, but for it to leave a meaningful impression on people's lives, for it to be something they can be proud of. There are more people than they would admit that could attest to these successes. Over the years, Clancy's has grown and changed, struggled and improved, and they have done so alongside it. This year has proven they were not for naught. I am so proud of my mother, I am so proud of my parents, I am so lucky to have been here to see my Mama make her dreams come true.

Clancy's wants to thank each and every person who has taken the time to eat here, and especially to all our regulars, whose orders are memorized and favourite tables will be forever awaiting.
